Inner Taillight Replacement

1. Open the trunk lid, and remove the rear license plate trim panel. Service and Repair

2. Remove the trunk trim. Interior Trim Removal/Installation - Trunk Lid Trim Panel

3. Disconnect the connector (A) from the inner taillight (B).

4. Remove the nuts, then remove the taillight.

5. Inspect the gasket; replace it if it is distorted or stays compressed.

6. Install the taillight in the reverse order of removal, and tighten the nuts to 5 N-m (0.5 kgf-m, 4 lbf-ft).
