Engine does not crank

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

2. Check the PGM-FI main relays. Testing and Inspection

3. Check for loose battery terminals or connections.

4. Test the battery for a low state of charge. Testing and Inspection

5. Check the starter. Component Tests and General Diagnostics

6. Check the starter cut relay 1 and starter cut relay 2. Testing and Inspection

7. Check the transmission range switch. Transmission Range Switch Test

8. Check the ignition switch or wire. Ignition Switch Test

Also check for:

- Poor ground at G101
