Dual Mass Flywheel

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Flywheel Retainer (3067)

Removing

• Transmission removed.

Risk of destroying dual mass flywheel.

• Remove bolts - B - by hand, not with and air-powered or impact wrench.

• When removing bolts, ensure the bolt head does not come in contact with dual mass flywheel.

• Rotate dual mass flywheel - A - so bolts - B - are centered to holes - arrows -.








- Place the (3067) into the hole on the cylinder block - B -, remove the dual mass flywheel bolts.






Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Dual Mass Flywheel and Sealing Flange, Transmission Side Overview ] Dual Mass Flywheel and Sealing Flange, Transmission Side Overview.

Installation is done is reverse order, observe the following:

• Replace the dual mass flywheel bolts.

- Place the (3067) into the hole on the cylinder block - item A -.
