Linkage Exit Flap Squeaking

Repair instruction for linkage exit flap squeaking
With the convertible top open, the linkage exit flap can cause a squeaking noise.

Repair instruction
1. Remove the chest strip of the side panel.
2. Turn the cover and push on the linkage exit flap.

NOTE: The bowden cable does not have to be disengaged.

3. Use a file to file down the outer arrester hook by approx. 1 mm as shown in the illustration.
