1. Checks for 12 volts on circuit 439 to injectors.

2. Checks circuit 841 and 844 from injectors to ECM.

3. Checks for reference signal from HEI distributor. The ECM keeps fuel injectors turned off until it receives the reference signal at terminal B5.

4. Checks for faulty HEI circuit
