Metering Valve Sensor

1. With engine not running, remove MVS adjusting hole plug.
2. Using tool No. 34829, turn MVS adjustment screw clockwise to increase voltage reading or counterclockwise to decrease voltage reading. Turn adjustment screw in 1/8 turn increments.
3. Install adjusting hole plug finger tight, then recheck voltages as described previously.
4. If voltages are not within specifications, readjust sensor as necessary.
5. Install hole plug using a new O-ring, then torque plug to 30 inch lbs.
6. Reconnect MVS electrical connector, then start engine and check for fuel leaks.
7. Install air crossover and air cleaner.
