SUBJECT: AIR CONDITIONING EXPANSION (ORIFICE) TUBE INSTALLATION

MODELS AFFECTED: 1985 SKYHAWK


The Skyhawk air conditioning expansion (orifice) tube installation procedures shown on page 1B40 in the 1985 Buick Chassis Service Manual is incorrect. The tube should be installed with the short screen towards the evaporator. Please correct step 3 of Expansion Tube (Orifice) Removal.
