2.Remove the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement Service and Repair .

3.Support the front suspension frame front crossmember.

1Front Bumper Lower Impact Bracket Bolt
Caution:Refer to Fastener Caution .
Tighten 160 N �m (118 lb ft)

2Front Bumper Lower Impact Bracket Bolt


Procedure


Loosen the bolt only.
Tighten 25 N �m (18 lb ft)

3Front Bumper Lower Impact Bracket


Procedure


Rotate the lower impact bar bracket from the back, then down and back.
