Rear Compartment Lid Release

When pressing the rear compartment button on the keyless entry transmitter, the RCDLR sends a message to the BCM on the keyless entry communication link. The BCM supplies voltage to the rear compartment lid lock release actuator feed circuit, which energizes the rear compartment lid lock release actuator, releasing the rear compartment lid. If the transaxle is shifted out of PARK, voltage supply to the rear compartment lid release actuator feed circuit is interrupted. This action disables the rear compartment lid release feature.
