Exhaust System Insulator, Hanger, Bracket Replacement (Exhaust Pipe Rear)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the intermediate exhaust pipe. Refer to Intermediate Pipe Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the floor panel tunnel reinforcement. Refer to Floor Panel Tunnel Panel Reinforcement Replacement (Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the upper exhaust pipe hanger bolts.
4. Remove the exhaust pipe hanger.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the exhaust pipe hanger.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the upper exhaust pipe hanger bolts.

Tighten the exhaust pipe hanger bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

3. Install the floor panel tunnel reinforcement. Refer to Floor Panel Tunnel Panel Reinforcement Replacement (Service and Repair) .
4. Install the intermediate exhaust pipe. Refer to Intermediate Pipe Replacement (Service and Repair) .
