Transmission Mount Replacement - Left Side (W/L61)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the battery and tray.




2. Using a floor jack and a block of wood, support the powertrain.




3. Remove the left transmission mount to bracket bolts




4. Remove the left transmission mount to body bolts.
5. Remove the transmission mount from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

1. Install the left transmission mount to the vehicle.

Tighten the left transmission mount to body bolts to 25 N.m (16 lb ft).




2. Install the left transmission mount to body bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

3. Remove the floor jack supporting the engine.




4. Install the battery and tray.
