Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Loosen the appropriate drive belt idler pulley bolt (1, 2).
3. Remove the appropriate drive belt idler pulley.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the appropriate drive belt idler pulley.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .


2. Tighten the appropriate drive belt idler pulley bolt (1,2).

* Tighten the bolt (1) to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
* Tighten the bolt (2) to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).


3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair) .
