Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Upper Duct Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Disconnect the wire harness clip at the left air outlet duct.
3. Remove the left air outlet duct screws.




4. Remove the left air outlet duct.



Installation Procedure






Important: Align the left air outlet duct to the left air outlet duct extension.


1. Install the left air outlet duct.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the left air outlet duct screws.

Tighten the left air outlet duct screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

3. Connect the wire harness clip at the left air outlet duct.
4. Install the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Service and Repair) .
