Transmission Mount Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the battery and tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement (LZ4/LY7) Battery Tray Replacement (LAT) .




2. Using a floor jack and a block of wood, support the powertrain.




3. Remove the left transmission mount to bracket bolts (1).




4. Remove the left transmission mount to body bolts (1).
5. Remove the transmission mount (2) from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the left transmission mount (2) to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .

2. Install the transmission mount to body bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (16 lb ft).





3. Install the left transmission mount to transmission bolts (1).

Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

4. Remove the floor jack supporting the engine.
5. Install the battery and tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement (LZ4/LY7) Battery Tray Replacement (LAT) .
