Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair) .
2. Loosen the idler pulley.
3. Remove the tensioner bolts.
4. Remove the tensioner.



Installation Procedure





1. Positon the tensioner and install the tensioner bolts.
2. Tighten the idler pulley.
3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair) .
