EXC. VAN
1. Disconnect batteries and raise vehicle.
2. Drain oil and remove transmission dust cover, oil pan bolts and engine mount through bolt (left side).
3. Raise engine and remove oil pan.
4. Reverse procedure to install. On 1982---85 models, torque oil pan bolts to 6 ft. lbs., Fig. 28. On 1986---87 models, torque two rear bolts to 17 ft. lbs. and all other bolts to 84 inch lbs.
