REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Negative battery cable.

2. Refrigerant from the system.

3. Electrical connections.

4. Refrigerant outlet line (109) from the accumulator (4).

^ Cap or plug open lines.

5. Case flange screws (139) and nuts (147).

6. Blower case (140) with the accumulator (4).

IMPORTANT: Drain refrigerant oil from the accumulator into a clean container. Measure and add new oil.


INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Blower case (140) with the accumulator (4).

IMPORTANT: Add 0.057 kg (2 oz.) of clean refrigerant oil PLUS an amount equal to that drained.

2. Refrigerant inlet line (108) to the accumulator (4).

IMPORTANT: Add 0.057 kg (2 oz.) of clean refrigerant oil PLUS an amount equal to that drained.

^ Use clean 525 viscosity refrigerant oil on the seal.

^ Tighten connector to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).


3. Electrical connection (154).

4. Negative battery cable.

5. Refrigerant to the system.

^ Evacuate, charge and leak test.
