Rear Door Striker: Adjustments

Rear Side Door Latch Striker Adjustment - Rear





1. Loosen the sliding side door rear striker bolts (5).
2. Slide the door towards the striker.
3. Ensure that the lock fully engages the striker.
Add or delete spacers (2) behind the striker in order to accomplish this adjustment.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Adjust the sliding side door rear striker bolts.

Tighten the sliding side door rear striker bolts to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).
