Pulley Removal and Installation

- Tools Required
- J25034-C Power Steering Pulley Remover
- J25033-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the serpentine belt from the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.





2. Install the J25034-C to the outer lip of the steering pump.





3. Remove the pulley.

Installation Procedure





1. Remove the upper fan shroud from the vehicle. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Cooling System.
2. Use the J25033-C in order to install the steering pump pulley to the pump.
3. Install the serpentine belt to the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
4. Install the upper fan shroud to the vehicle. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Cooling System.
