Howl Type Noise From Engine
(Replace Cooling Fan Clutch)

Models:
1999-2000 Chevrolet Tracker
with 2.0L Engine (VIN C - RPO L34)

Condition
Some customers may comment on a howl type noise coming from the engine while the engine is running. This noise may be more noticeable when the outside air temperature is below -1°C (30°F).

Correction
A new cooling fan clutch, P/N 91176413, is available to correct this condition. Replace the cooling fan clutch following the service procedure in the Engine Cooling sub-section of the Service Manual.
