Amplifier and/or Speaker Replacement - Front Seat (Luxury Y91)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the front lower speaker.
2. Remove the passenger seat from the vehicle.
3. Remove the nuts that retain the front lower speaker mounting bracket (2) to the passenger seat riser.
4. Remove the front lower speaker (1) from the vehicle.
5. Remove the 100-watt amplifier from the front lower speaker, if required.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the 100-watt amplifier to the front lower speaker, if removed.
2. Install the front lower speaker (1) to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the nuts that retain the front lower speaker mounting bracket (2) to the passenger seat riser.

Tighten
Tighten the front lower speaker mounting bracket nuts to 30 N.m (22 lbs ft).

4. Install the passenger seat to the vehicle.
5. Connect the electrical connectors to the front lower speaker.
