Seat Back Replacement - Rear (Luxury Y91)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear bench seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (All Except Luxury) (Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (All Except Luxury))Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (Luxury Y91) (Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (Luxury Y91)) .
2. Remove the seat back cover and pad. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (All Except Luxury) (Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (All Except Luxury))Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (Luxury Y91) (Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (Luxury Y91)) .





Important: Note the position and the length of the bolts removed. This will assist with reassembly.


3. Remove the right and left bolts that retain the seat back frame to the seat back hinges.




4. Remove the seat back frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the seat back frame.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts that retain the seat back frame to the seat back hinges in the locations noted during disassembly.

Tighten the bolts that retain the seat back frame to the seat back hinges to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

3. Install the seat back cover and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (Luxury Y91) (Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (Luxury Y91))Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (All Except Luxury) (Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement - Rear (All Except Luxury)) .
4. Install the bench seat in the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (All Except Luxury) (Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (All Except Luxury))Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (Luxury Y91) (Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (Luxury Y91)) .
