Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - No. 4 Right Rear

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the seat belt escutcheon from the rear corner garnish molding.
2. Remove the rear corner garnish molding. Refer to Body Rear Corner Garnish Molding Replacement (Service and Repair).




3. Remove the seat belt retractor retaining bolts from the seat belt retractor.
4. Remove the seat belt retractor from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the seat belt retractor to the vehicle.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the seat belt retractor retaining bolts to the vehicle.

* Tighten the seat belt retractor upper retaining bolt to 52 Nm (38 lb ft).
* Tighten the seat belt retractor lower retaining bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the rear corner garnish molding. Refer to Body Rear Corner Garnish Molding Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Secure the seat belt escutcheon to the rear corner garnish molding.
