Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair

2. Remove the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement (Base) Grille Replacement (Base)Grille Replacement (Uplevel) Grille Replacement (Uplevel)

3. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.





4. Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose (1) from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement

5. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose (2) from the auxiliary oil cooler.





6. Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose (1) from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement

7. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose (2) from the radiator.

8. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose to the vehicle.

2. Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler hose (2) to the radiator.

3. Connect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose (1) to the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement





4. Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose (2) to the auxiliary oil cooler.

5. Connect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet hose (1) from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement

6. Install the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement (Base) Grille Replacement (Base)Grille Replacement (Uplevel) Grille Replacement (Uplevel)

7. Remove the drain pan.

8. Lower the vehicle.
