Throttle Body Replacement

Turbocharger, Air Cleaner, Intercooler And Components:

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air guide panel below the intercooler.
2. Remove the body work header panel.
3. Remove air hose A.
4. Remove air hose D.
5. Disconnect the vacuum hose to the air cleaner.
6. Disconnect the intake air hose to the air cleaner.
7. Disconnect the electrical harness connectors to the air cleaner.
8. Unbolt the air cleaner and secure it out of the way.
9. Remove air hose B.
10. Remove air hose C.

Right Side Intercooler Mounting Bolt And Bracket Bolts:

11. Remove the intercooler bracket on the right side and the intercooler mounting bolts from the left side.
12. Remove the intercooler from below.
13. Remove air pipe 1.
14. Remove air pipe 2.

INSPECTION
1. Check the intercooler fins and tubes for punctures, bends or clogging by foreign matter.
2. inspect the air hoses and air pipes for cracks, brittleness or punctures.
CAUTION: Be careful not to allow any dirt or other foreign objects to enter the hoses, pipes or intercooler.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of disassembly.

Intercooler Hose And Pipe Alignment:

NOTE: In the case of disassembly of the entire system, pay special attention to the alignment marks on the hoses and pipe to obtain a proper fit during assembly.
