Instant Economy Readings On Vehicles Equipped With Traveler Trip Computer

NOTE:
THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A 2.2L TURBO III, 2.5L TURBO 1, OR 3.0L ENGINE AND A 4-FUNCTION TRAVELER TRIP COMPUTER AND BASE BODY COMPUTER.

(AJ) LeBaron Coupe/LeBaron Convertible

DISCUSSION:

When the vehicle is decelerated from highway speeds (above 50 MPH) with the Traveler in the "Miles Per Gallon" (ECO) mode, the display will indicate either or "2" miles per gallon (MPG).

This is a characteristic of the Traveler operation in this mode and no repair attempt should be made.
