Checking PCM Power and Ground Circuits

SYMPTOM
* CHECKING PCM POWER AND GND CKT

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- PCM ground circuit high resistance to ground
- Fused B(+) circuit open
- Fused ignition switch output circuit open
