SYMPTOM
DECKLID RELEASE SWITCH FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously.

SET CONDITION
The BCM monitors voltage present on the decklid release switch output circuit. If voltage is present for over 30 seconds , this DTC will set.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Decklid Release Switch Output Circuit Shorted To Voltage
- Defective Decklid Release Switch
- Wiring Harness Intermittent Defect
- Body Control Module
