SYMPTOM
MODE DOOR STALL TEST FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
During HVAC motor calibration.

SET CONDITION
The BCM is unable to detect the end of travel for the mode door.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- 5 volt supply circuit short to ground
- 5 volt supply circuit open
- 5 volt supply circuit short to sensor ground
- Blend door actuator shorted to sensor ground
- Mode door actuator shorted to sensor ground
- 5 volt supply circuit short to sensor ground
- Mode door feedback signal circuit short to battery
- Common door driver wire open
- Mode door driver wire open
- Body control module-common door driver
- Body control module-mode door driver
- Mode door actuator
- Sensor ground wire open
- Body control module
- Mode door feedback signal circuit short to ground
- Mode door feedback signal circuit open
