A. Inspect Fuel Return Hose

1. Raise the vehicle on an appropriate hoist.





2. Locate the fuel return hose near the right front corner of the fuel tank (Figure 1).

3. Inspect the date code printed on the return hose (Figure 1).

4. ^ If the date code is 0710, the return hose must be replaced. Continue with Section B - Replace Fuel Return Hose.

^ If the date code is NOT 0710, no further action is required. Lower the vehicle and return it to the customer.
