1. Clean all sealing surfaces.
2. Install water pump (1) and gasket. Tighten mounting bolts to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
3. Install timing chain guides and timing chain.
4. Install the accessory drive belts.
5. Install the radiator fan assembly.
6. Fill cooling system.
