Engine Coolant Thermostat - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Install the thermostat housing with a new O-ring. Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.).
2. Connect the upper radiator hose.
3. Fill the cooling system. Service and Repair.
4. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
5. Recheck the coolant level and adjust as necessary.
