1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Raise the Spoiler (1) to the fully extended position.
3. Turn the ignition off.
4. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
5. Remove the decklid interior trim panel. Service and Repair.




6. Remove the attaching screws (2) for the Center High Mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL) from the decklid (1).




7. Lift the Center High Mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL) up from the decklid (2) then disconnect the Center High Mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL) harness connector (1).
8. Remove the Center High Mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL) from the vehicle.
