NOTE: The positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve should sit approximately 4.3 mm below the top surface of the valve cover nipple. The valve should snap into a molded in feature at the base of the nipple. Applying a light layer of grease to the PCV valve grommet will aid in assembly. Push the valve into place by applying a load to the top surface of the valve. Use a socket or handle of a hammer could be used.

1. Install PCV valve (2) to valve cover.
2. Install PCV hose (1) to valve cover (2).
