INSPECTION





1. Inspect exhaust manifolds for damage or cracks.
2. Check manifold flatness. The maximum allowable out-of-flat across ports is 0.1mm (.004").
3. Check distortion of the cylinder head mounting surface with a straightedge and thickness gauge. The maximum allowable distortion of the cylinder head mounting surface is 0.1mm (.004").
