Engine Coolant Thermostat - Installation

1. Position the thermostat and housing (2) on the front cover.
2. Install thermostat housing bolts (1). Tighten the bolts (1) to 13 Nm (115 in. lbs.).
3. Install the radiator hose onto the thermostat housing (2).
4. Fill the cooling system Service and Repair.
5. Connect negative battery cable.
6. Install the air intake system Air Cleaner Body - Installation.
7. Start and warm the engine. Check for leaks Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures.
