Thermal Vacuum Valve - EVAP: Testing and Inspection

1. Drain coolant system and remove the BVSV.
2. Cool BVSV to below 113°F.
3. Ensure no air passes through valve.
4. Heat BVSV to 149°F.
5. Ensure air passes through valve.
6. Apply liquid sealer to BVSV and torque valve to 18.1-25.3 ft. lbs. when installing.
7. Fill coolant system and check for leaks.
