Chrysler does not provide any trouble code number-driven diagnosis for this system. Testing information is provided for codes retrieved via the Chrysler Diagnostic Read Out Box (DRB) in code description text format only. ALLDATA Users have reported success using the code number with the description by a generic scan tool matching the description to diagnostic information listed.

When performing diagnostics contained in this section, refer to ABS wiring diagrams and connector terminal identification.






If a DRB diagnostic scan tool has been used to access diagnostic trouble codes, its output will correspond to a specific diagnostic test. Always begin diagnosis with the first diagnostic test chart, then refer to remaining diagnostic flowcharts as directed. After repairs are complete, perform ABS verification tests. If no diagnostic trouble codes are present, perform Verification Test VER-1A. Before performing any road test, verify braking capability is sufficient.
