Wiper Deicer

CIRCUIT OPERATION
The operation of the windshield wiper deicer is controlled by HVAC control. When the operator selects the DEFROST mode, the HVAC control supplies a ground path for circuit C66.

Power for the deicer is supplied on circuit F30. This circuit is HOT at all times and protected by a 25 Amp fuse located in cavity 21 of the Power Distribution Center (PDC).
