1. Using a suitable ohmmeter, check motor ground and repair if necessary.
2. With ignition switch in OFF position and wiper motor in park position:

a. Using a suitable ohmmeter, check for continuity between pin three of wiper motor connector, and ground.
b. If OK, replace wiper switch.
c. If not OK, repair wiring circuits as necessary.
