SYMPTOM
HIGH BEAM HEADLAMPS WILL NOT TURN ON

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Open fused B+
- Dimmer switch low beam output circuit short to ground
- Dimmer switch high beam output circuit short to ground
- Open fuse
- Dimmer switch low beam output circuit open
- Instrument cluster
- Multifunction switch
