REMOVAL

NOTE: Oil pressure relief valve can be serviced without removing oil pump from the engine.




1. Remove oil pan.
2. Remove cap (4).
3. Remove spring (3) and valve (2).
4. Inspect valve (2) and pump (1) bore seizure or scoring. Replace as needed.
