EVAP Purge Solenoid - Removal

REMOVAL





The solenoid attaches to a bracket near the right rear of the engine. The solenoid will not operate unless it is installed correctly.

1. Location for 5.7L engine.




2. Location for 2.7 and 3.5L engine.
3. Disconnect electrical connector from solenoid.
4. Disconnect vacuum tubes from solenoid.
5. Remove solenoid from bracket.
