Exhaust Manifold - Installation






INSTALLATION

EXHAUST MANIFOLD





1. Install left manifold gasket and manifold.
2. Install manifold bolts and tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
3. Install heat shield and tighten nuts to 8 Nm (70 in. lbs.).





4. Install right manifold gasket and manifold.
5. Install manifold bolts and tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
6. Install heat shield and tighten nuts to 8 Nm (70 in. lbs.).










7. Install left engine mount (2). Engine Mount Insulator - Installation










8. Install right engine mount (3). Engine Mount Insulator - Installation
9. Lower engine.

CAUTION: Do not damage engine harness while lowering the engine.

10. Install and tighten right and left side engine mount to frame fasteners Engine Mount Insulator - Installation.
11. Install exhaust flange to pipe bolts.
12. Lower vehicle.
13. Connect negative battery cable.
