AXLE NUT

Front Hub And Bearing

Install hub nut on end of spindle.
Tighten hub nut 250 Nm (184 ft. lbs.) torque






Rear Hub And Bearing

Install hub nut on end of half shaft. While a helper applies brakes to keep hub from turning.
Tighten hub nut 213 Nm (157 ft. lbs.)


PROCEDURE

Always install a new hub nut. The original hub nut is one-time use only and should be discarded when removed.
