Thermostat: Service and Repair

1. Drain engine coolant into a suitable container.
2. Disconnect upper radiator hose.

3. Remove water outlet fitting and the thermostat.

4. Reverse procedure to install, ensuring jiggle valve on thermostat is aligned with mark on thermostat housing.
