Low Fuel Lamp/Indicator: Description and Operation

- When the fuel level goes down (at approximately 1/8 tank), causing the level sensor to be exposed, with the ignition switch in the ON position, the resistance of level sensor becomes small. When this resistance goes down below the predetermined level, the fuel warning light lights up to warn the driver that the amount of fuel still available for use is small.
