CAUTION:
Do not remove pressure cap while engine is hot or under pressure.
Remove thermostat in numbered sequence, noting the following:
1. Drain coolant to below level of thermostat housing.
2. Mark and note the position of the hose clamps before removal.
3. Clean mating surfaces.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Install retaining bolts and tighten to specifications.
b. Align hose clamps in position as marked.
c. Ensure drain is closed, then fill up coolant. Replace cap, start engine until warm. Inspect for leaks, then inspect coolant and fill if necessary.
