Malfunction Lamp / Indicator: Description and Operation

CIRCUIT OPERATION
Illumination of the Airbag warning lamp is controlled by the Airbag Control Module (ACM). When the ACM detects a problem in the system it grounds circuit R41 and the lamp in the instrument cluster is illuminated.
