Cargo Lamp Bulb - Installation

CAUTION: Always use the correct bulb size and type for replacement. An incorrect bulb size or type may overheat and cause damage to the lamp, the socket or the lamp wiring.





1. Align the base of the bulb (2) with the cargo lamp socket (4).
2. Push the bulb straight into the socket until the base is firmly seated.
3. Fold the lamp hood (1) back over the bulb until it is parallel to the lamp socket and connector.
4. Pivot the lens down over the hood.
5. Press the end of the lamp lens with the latch feature down firmly and evenly over the hood until the lens snaps into place over the retention pin on each side of the hood.
6. Reinstall the cargo lamp into the vehicle. Cargo Lamp - Installation.
7. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
